How to use your DentRite® Discount Plan

Once you have joined the plan and received your membership kit, simply follow these directions to start using your membership card today!

  • Step 1

    Keep your membership card with you at all times so it will be easily accessible to present at dentist locations. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount.

  • Step 2

    To locate and verify participating dentists in your area, simply find a dentist online or call Member Services at 877-336-8748. When calling to schedule an appointment, please refer to your membership card for proper network identification.

  • Step 3

    You are responsible for paying the dentist the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided. Some discount plans will have specific directions on how to use the plan. Please review your membership kit for details.

  • How does a discount plan work?

After confirming the provider’s continued participation when making an appointment, members just show their membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the provider.

    Yes, your membership can be used at any DentRite® provider in the United States.
